PM What We're Looking For:

Experience in a pet grooming salon or veterinary clinic (preferred) English required•Spanish or Portuguese is a plus Comfortable with (or willing to learn) veterinary terms and basic procedures Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills Fast and confident computer skills Experience with billing or payment systems Strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed Friendly personality and a genuine love for animals

Main Responsibilities:

Welcome clients and check pets in/out Answer phone calls and emails Schedule appointments Update client and pet records Over-the-counter product sales Process payments General front desk tasks and light cleaning
