This role is perfect for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to create a welcoming experience even on busy days. You'll be one of the first and last impressions clients have of our clinic, so attitude, communication, and professionalism matter here. We're building a veterinary clinic from the ground up and looking for people who want to help create something better from day one. What You'll Do Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls with professionalism and warmth Schedule organized and efficiently appointments while helping clients feel heard and supported Check clients in and out for appointments Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately Communicate clearly with both clients and the medical team Help maintain a smooth daily workflow at the front desk Support a positive, organized, team-oriented environment Help create an exceptional client experience from the moment someone contacts the clinic What Makes This Different You'll help shape the culture and client experience of a brand-new clinic We believe great client service is a critical part of great veterinary medicine We want a front desk team that feels supported, respected, and involved You'll work alongside people who value teamwork, efficiency, and kindness What We're Looking For Previous veterinary reception or medical front desk experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to handle high phone volume while staying calm and professional Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail with scheduling and financial transactions Positive attitude and team-first mindset Someone who enjoys connecting with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere
