Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Greets customers and directs them to the proper department or employee. 2. Ensures the reception area is neat and orderly. 3. Forward telephone calls to specific individuals and record messages when needed. 4. Performs administrative duties, such as typing or routine clerical work as time permits. 5. Receives and distributes all incoming courier packages and keeps a log. 6. Performs other duties as assigned.
