Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in the front office with professionalism and warmth Open and manage systems to identify new orders daily Pull shirts for orders and check inventory Order shirts for out-of-stock items Prepare orders by placing shirts in bags with printed work orders Transport orders to the production building Receive finished products and notify clients for pickup, providing payment instructions Help place new orders and log them accurately into Printavo Organize shirts and unpack incoming inventory Answer phone calls and provide information to clients Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front and back areas Assist with production tasks during slower front-office periods , including: T-shirt and bag pressing and cutting DTF transfer prints Assist with mail production jobs as needed, including: Sealing envelopes, Inserting materials into envelopes, and Addressing mail Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn Printavo or other order management software Flexible and willing to assist with production tasks as needed Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly, Strong Initiative, and Professionalism Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong computer literacy including data entry Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced setting. Comfortable interacting with customers in person and over the phone
