Job Title:
Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily office operations, assist with administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant will play an essential role in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment while supporting company operations and team productivity.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and answer our phone system with professionalism and excellent etiquette. Perform data entry using our company software Deltek (training provided), filing, document preparation, and proofreading to maintain accurate records. Assist with Teams/Zoom meeting arrangements. Maintain office organization, order office supplies and coordinate with Building Management if needed. Assist with correspondence, reports, accounts payable and other clerical tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office assistant, receptionist, or clerical role preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Experience with Deltek is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer literacy including typing, data entry, and office software knowledge. Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy office environment. Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
