Salon Receptionist

Salon Receptionist Form Hair Studio Form Hair Studio is looking for a professional, warm, and highly organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. We're searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, communicates confidently, and genuinely enjoys making people feel welcomed from the moment they walk through the door. This role is more than answering phones and booking appointments. You are the first impression of the studio and help keep the entire salon flowing smoothly throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Greeting clients with professionalism and kindness Managing salon bookings, scheduling, and appointment confirmations Answering calls, texts, emails, and client inquiries efficiently Assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and retail purchases Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Supporting stylists and salon operations throughout the day Assisting with social media content, posting, and client engagement Handling multiple tasks while staying calm and solution-oriented

Qualifications:

Strong people and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and technology Social media knowledge including Instagram and TikTok Quick thinker with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment Fast learner with strong attention to detail Polite, understanding, and emotionally aware Able to remain firm, professional, and respectful when needed Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous salon or customer service experience is preferred but not required
