Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude to support both visitors and team members. Duties Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and office supplies inventory Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Perform clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, updating records, and preparing reports Support office management activities including bookkeeping with QuickBooks or similar software when needed Assist with general office duties such as photocopying, faxing, and maintaining a clean reception area Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and customer support interactions Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus, along with personal assistant experience or calendar management skills Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is advantageous Ability to type accurately at a good speed while maintaining attention to detail Previous office experience demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills Join our team today if you're ready to bring your enthusiasm, organizational prowess, and exceptional communication skills to a role that keeps our operations running smoothly!
