This position involves checking in garments for customers and employees, accurately tagging and organizing items, and ensuring all orders are processed efficiently. You will also assist customers at the front counter, answer questions about services, and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Check in garments, tag items, and enter orders into the system
• Verify order details and handle special instructions
• Process payments and manage pick-up orders
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area

• Requirements:

• Full-time availability
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn POS systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
