Front Desk Coordinator Needed Orthopedic & Chiropractic Office

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting and checking in patients Answering phones and scheduling appointments Verifying insurance and collecting payments Coordinating patient flow with providers Maintaining accurate patient records Delivering outstanding customer service every day Support clinic operations by managing filing systems, medical records organization, and office supply inventory. Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Office, typing and familiarity with medical office management software.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a medical, chiropractic, orthopedic, or wellness office is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and personality. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding, and medical billing procedures. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse patient populations effectively. Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
