As the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience working in a professional dental office setting. Required Qualifications Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered: Previous front desk or administrative office experience is required. Experience with Eaglesoft Dental Software is required. Fluency in both Kreyol and English is required. Key Responsibilities Greet patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and welcoming manner. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and confirm patient visits. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document management. Assist with administrative and clerical tasks, including correspondence, proofreading, and office organization. Monitor and maintain office supplies and support daily office operations. Provide outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries professionally in both Kreyol and English. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Skills & Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in Kreyol and English. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Proven front desk, receptionist, or office administration experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs). Experience operating multi-line phone systems. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills.
