Job Summary:
Pacific Rise Co is hiring a professional and dependable Receptionist to support daily front office operations at our Hollywood, FL location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Maintain front desk organization and office appearance Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests Perform additional office support duties as assigned
Qualifications:
