Greet all guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or individuals Maintain a clean and organized front desk and work area Perform general administrative duties, including: Data entry Organizing and maintaining files and records Ensuring accurate record-keeping

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong customer service and communication skills Highly organized with attention to detail Strong time management skills Professional appearance and demeanor Positive attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and be part of a team Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Must be at least 18 years old Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
