Our hospital is extremely busy, therefore, we are in search for an individual that can handle the fast paced environment. This type of environment requires the receptionist to be able to multi-task while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor. This position is not for the timid, the receptionist interacts with a wide variety of individuals/personalities and numerous situations/circumstances, thus, the receptionist must be able to be polite while keeping a calm atmosphere. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answering phones (from basic hours of operation questions to patient/client education) on a multi-line telephone system,
• Greeting and checking in and checking out clients,
• Preparing and maintaining medical records,
• Computer input (AVIMARK),
• Filing charts,
• Processing payments,
• Lifting 30+ lbs.
• Janitorial tasks Ultimately, being able to handle these duties independently.

Pay:

$17.00
