About Us VHKW - Vacation Homes of Key West manages high-end vacation properties throughout Key West. We pride ourselves on exceptional guest experience, strong owner relationships, and proactive property care. Position Summary We are a small, high-performing team looking for a highly organized and reliable teammate to manage guest communications and assist with front desk operations for our portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable handling multiple tasks at once, and enjoys helping guests while keeping operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls from guests, owners, and vendors Proactively communicate with property owners Respond to guest messages and questions about reservations and properties Monitor and manage the front desk email inbox Coordinate maintenance requests with the operations team Track guest feedback and special requests Monitor reservation payments and follow up on balances due Send mid-stay check-ins and respond to guest reviews Assist with general administrative tasks related to property management Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable using multiple software systems Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Reliable and professional when interacting with guests Preferred (but not required) Experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, hotels, or property management Administrative or front desk experience
