Part time receptionist for organic salon

Duties Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience Schedule appointments using online booking platform walk-in scheduling departures only. The phones are maintained remotely.. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, the salon, including kitchen and bathroom. Keep up with the laundry, including folding and putting away. Inventory tracking, stocking retail, and keeping the back bar stocked and clean managing ongoing Salon cleanliness by dusting, sweeping and sanitizing surfaces. Periodically supporting staff members by helping out when needed and taking Client pictures. Skills service-oriented Eager to learn and understand Salon software proper in person-etiquette organizational skills with keen attention to detail for keeping Salon tidy and stocked Customer service expertise with a friendly demeanor and problem-solving mindset Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism and accuracy Join us in creating a welcoming environment where health-conscious clients can relax and rejuvenate.
