Job Description

Premier Care Homecare is seeking a motivated and professional Front Office/Receptionist to join our fast-paced home health team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a friendly demeanor, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone eager to learn and committed to providing excellent service to patients and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the agency runs efficiently. Demonstrate strong computer and keyboard skills. Answer phone calls, take messages, and deliver them promptly. Copy, scan, and distribute records, policies, and other documents as directed. Assist with filing, faxing, office organization, and compliance activities. Handle data entry and manage medical records. Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations. Assist in ordering medical and office supplies. Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with patients and physician offices.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of administrative experience; medical office experience preferred. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively. Detail-oriented, able to follow directions, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and typing.
Additional Requirements:
