Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls, check and distribute voicemails to appropriate person Implement organized filing systems Order and maintain office supply Perform all other office tasks needed to help in office staffQualifications:
