Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain a welcoming environment will be essential in ensuring smooth operations within the office. Duties Greet customers and visitors warmly, providing assistance as needed Manage phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up to date Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and digital documents Provide general administrative and Accounts Payable support as directed Handle customer inquiries with a focus on delivering excellent service Collaborate with team members to facilitate effective communication within the office Qualifications High school education or equivalent required Bilingual skills are a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to maintain accurate records Familiarity with phone systems and customer service best practices High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Applicants must be reliable, driven, customer-oriented, and willing to be part of a team We look forward to welcoming a dedicated Administrative Assistant who is eager to contribute positively to our team!
