Job Duties:
Communicate with customers, employees and others to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, accept orders and address complaints. Collect, copy, order and file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities. Open, sort, and route incoming mail, respond to correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail. Collects, counts and disburses money, performs basic bookkeeping and completes bank transactions. Calculate, record and correct data and other information, such as records or reports. Prepare meeting programs, attend meetings and record and transcribe the minutes. Solve problems related to office equipment, such as computer hardware and software. Write, format, review and edit correspondence and other documents.
