Job Description

Within the spirit of Making People s Dreams Come True , this position is responsible for embodying our core value of Hospitality, positively meeting and greeting employees and guests of Peninsula Land & Title (PLT) while providing helpful assistance. While the focus of this role is answering phones and greeting guests, this position also participates in daily office functions by performing organizational and administrative tasks. These duties are accomplished while delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.
Part Time, On Site Position Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls, warmly take messages and/or direct inquiries to proper entities or destinations as needed. Greet visitors, guests, and vendors in an enthusiastic, helpful, and friendly manner. Contribute to creating a great first impression, ensure the reception area is clean and well maintained. Maintain, manage, and schedule calendar(s) and appointments as requested. Assist the team to meet on-going responsibilities, provide helpful assistance with projects, duties, and tasks. Place and expedite orders for office supplies. Accept shipments and process invoices regularly. Process mail, ensure it gets to the proper destination in a timely fashion and open correspondence and determine proper action to be taken when necessary. Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including email, faxes and packages (Fed-Ex). All other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
