The successful candidates will be responsible for providing superior customer service to our guests while providing information about our products and services. The right candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent interactions with customers.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and respond appropriately to requests. Greets patients in a friendly manner and directs them to the appropriate areas of the office. Assists patients in scheduling appointments and filling prescriptions. Assist patients in obtaining records from the office. Answer phones and respond appropriately to requests. Ability to handle cash and card transactions responsibly and accurately.
