The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
HOURS:
Monday-Friday:
4:45AM-9
AM Saturday:
6:45AM-8
PM Sunday:
8:45AM-5PM Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize gym management software for basic accounting functions as needed.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as required.
  • Take and upload social media content
  • Maintain the esthetics of the gym and environment. Skills
  • Sales experience preffered
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Proficiency in office software applications, including QuickBooks and data entry systems.
  • Experience with phone systems and handling multi-line calls effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and documentation.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality written communication.
