Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, high-energy Front Desk Associate to open the gym Monday through Friday. This role is responsible for setting the tone for the entire day—cleanliness, member experience, and overall gym readiness. This is not a passive front desk role. You will be expected to engage members, drive sales, and maintain elite facility standards.
