Front Desk Coordinator

Front Desk Coordinator - Ambulatory Surgery Center We are seeking a high-energy, personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, and thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all aspects of front office reception, including patient check-in and scheduling Assist the Clinical Director with daily center operations in accordance with Federal, State, and facility policies Verify insurance information and ensure accurate patient registration Support all departments when needed and contribute positively to team workflow Maintain a clean and organized front office area Demonstrate strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset

Experience Requirements:

Experience in scheduling, insurance verification, and patient registration within an ambulatory surgery center, hospital, or medical office EMR/EHR experience required

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required If you are dependable, enthusiastic, and committed to excellent patient service, we'd love to meet you!

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
