Job Description

Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Job description: Position Overview We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and provide administrative support across the organization. Position Duties Answering incoming patient and provider calls and requests Completing all new patient admissions and entering it digitally. Verifying relevant medical history and insurance information for each patient. Scheduling patients for office visits. Answering and following up with phone and email inquiries from providers and patients. Addressing any patient complaints or concerns. Performing clerical work, such as filing, copying, or faxing. Complying with the regulations and policies of the facility. Patient data entry in EHR software. Other duties as assigned Cross train in therapies Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize / Multitask effectively Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail Customer service-oriented attitude with good communication skills Ability to proofread documents / medical charts for accuracy Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus Computer literacy. Will train on EHR Software. Customer service skills in a professional environment.
