Description Job Roles:

Receptionist Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience. Notify staff of visitor arrivals and manage inquiries effectively. Maintain security protocols and operate telecommunication systems. Handle administrative tasks like scanning, copying, mailing, and ordering supplies. Ensure a clean and organized reception area by following procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:

Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation. Ability to stay organized, manage pressure, and inform others effectively. Familiarity with supply management.

Education & Experience:

Experience with phone systems and Microsoft Office software. Salary $16 - $17 per hour
