This vital role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and team members, ensuring a positive and professional experience. This position requires organizational skills to help maintain smooth office operations, manage communication channels and support administrative functions. Team environment is energetic, friendly, vibrant and enthusiastic. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or Equivalent Three years front office/clerical experience Employer will conduct background check and reference check. Skills and Abilities Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Experience with data entry, proofreading, filing, and calendar management tools Customer service skills and Professional communication skills Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Essential Job Functions Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional first impression Manage multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, answering inquiries and routing calls efficiently Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and document proofreading for accuracy Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Responsible for processing incoming checks Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Support administrative tasks like typing reports, organizing files, and supporting personal assistant functions
Work Schedule :
Full Time; Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Salary:
