Receptionist

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for events, employees, clients, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environment. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with office operations & hospitality support, helping the organization run smoothly day-to-day.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner. Provide safety guidelines for visitors and vendors. Communicate professionally with employees, clients, and vendors via e-mail, phone, and in-person. Manage visitor badges, sign-ins, and security procedures. Support meeting logistics, including room setup and scheduling. Work with hospitality staff to coordinate client visits, including room setup and catering coordination. Ensure compliance with office policies, safety guidelines, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or office coordination role. Experience in a client-facing environment highly desired. Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel). Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented demeanor. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
