We serve our patients at eight locations northeast of Orlando (Palm Coast, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, DeLand, Orange City, and Lake Mary). We are currently hiring a Front Desk Associate for our Surgery Center in Ormond Beach. The Front Desk Associate will be joining a team of pain management specialists that have made a difference for thousands of people suffering with chronic pain. The impact of minimizing pain and improving quality of life resonates with our physicians, nurses and staff who build strong relationships with patients and their families and see lives change. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Responsible for auditing schedules to ensure all patients have been verified and active. Acts as source of reference for team members and works with other internal teams to assist in resolving insurance issues. Verify Copay, Co-Insurance and Deductible Check patients in/out Collect patient responsibilities Schedule Patient appointment Answer phones and other duties as assigned Assist in scanning and indexing documents Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting area Shifts variable
