Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors with a professional and friendly approach Bathing dogs consecutively Able to take photographs of pets Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls Sort and distribute mail and packages Schedule appointments and manage calendars Use phone systems and office equipment proficiently Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor High school diploma or equivalent
