Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. This vital role places you at the forefront of guest interactions, ensuring smooth check-ins, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries promptly and efficiently. Check guests in and out using hotel management software, verifying reservations and processing payments accurately. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Handle guest requests and resolve issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction and foster guest relations. Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy. Maintain front desk area cleanliness, organize guest files, and ensure all guest information is handled confidentially. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous. Experience with night audit procedures or hotel experience is a plus. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise.
