We are currently seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are highly valued. Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, board members, vendors, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly Provide outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries efficiently Assist with preparations for condominium annual meetings, including notices, mailings, and administrative coordination Prepare, organize, and distribute correspondence and community communications Maintain accurate records, files, and databases Create and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel Support management staff with various administrative and clerical tasks Process incoming and outgoing mail Coordinate office supplies and maintain an organized reception area Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required) Previous experience as a receptionist, or in a customer service role (strongly preferred) Experience in condominium or property management (strongly preferred) Familiarity with annual meetings, community mailings, and resident communications (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Professional appearance and demeanor High attention to detail and accuracy Benefits Medical, vision, and dental insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Life insurance 401(k) matching Offered compensation: $18/hr - $20/hr
