Front Desk Receptionist

Overview We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will provide outstanding customer service while supporting daily administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Duties Greet patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Verify patient Information and enter accurate information into the system Maintain patient records and perform data entry updates Assist with general administrative and front office tasks Coordinate calendars appointment Handle mail and office communication Experience 1-3 years of front desk or receptionist experience

Required Skills:

Bilingual:

English and Spanish (required) Dental experience (preferred) Experience with dental software Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Exceptional customer service
