Job Description

GREETER/ RECEPTIONIST
(Front Desk, Office, Clubhouse) Reports to:
Executive Director FLSA Status:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt
POSITION OVERVIEW
The primary responsibility of the Greeter is welcoming Residents and Prospects. In this role, the individual should maintain a positive rapport with co-workers, residents and provide a high level of detailed follow-up with the Executive Director. The Attendant position should display a proactive, positive attitude and perform all job functions as described below.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet, Greet and Welcome Residents and Prospects into the Clubhouse. Offer refreshments. Assisting Residents and Prospects at the counter or clubhouse reception area. Filing documents in a timely manner. Filing and entering in computer Maintenance Service Requests upon return to office. Email correspondence with online inquiries. Print all online payments. Maintain a positive rapport with co-workers and Residents. Answering incoming phone calls. Promote a positive relationship with Residents and Guests. Resupplying water, coffee, handbags and pamphlets. Performing other related tasks as needed. Following safe workplace rules and practices in order to prevent on-the-job injuries. Locking clubhouse and turning off lights in the evening. Notifying Security Personnel regarding any disturbances. General office duties Maintain clean clubhouse appearance. Work additional hours, when necessary, as directed by Executive Director. Handle Resident inquiries. Organize apartment showing schedule. Adheres to established regulations related to the Fair Housing Act. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITIES
Computer proficiency, preferably MAC, including Microsoft Office programs. Bi-lingual is preferred Ability to communicate with others in a clear and effective manner and to follow directions. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors. Ability to apply sound decision-making Ability to demonstrate teamwork by assisting co-workers Ability to communicate professionally and adapt interpersonal skills to a variety of audiences

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continually required to: Stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle, feel or grip, and reach with hands and arms while performing standard duties. Frequent use common office equipment, telephone, computer, keyboard, mouse, two-way radio, and variety of different keys.
POSITION SPECIFICS & BENEFITS
Full-time position; Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. 96 hours PTO accrued each year for first two years of service 136 hours of PTO each year after two years and above 176 hours of PTO accrued each year after 7 years of service 401K with 3% Employer Contribution Health/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance available after30-day waiting period Good background required 90-day probationary period
