Receptionist

About us Veranda nails is a small business in Port Saint Lucie, FL. We are professional and agile. We're looking for a Receptionist to join our team of professional assistants. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and customers and must be able to multi-task while paying attention to detail. An ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment. He or she will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phones and managing calendars.

Responsibilities:

Receive and direct calls. Answer questions and provide assistance. Adhere to standard administrative practices and procedures. Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor with coworkers, customers, and clients. Stock office supplies. Order office supplies. Process paperwork for various departments. Operate a copy machine.
