Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Punta Gorda, FL 33950 $19

  • Full-time We are seeking an energetic, personable, and highly organized receptionist and administrative assistant.
This position requires excellent customer service skills as you will be the first contact for clients and associates. Administrative work is involved and strong accuracy, proofreading and attention to detail is required. Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and data entry skills are required. Knowledge of Canva, the MLS, and advanced computer skills are a plus.
Duties include:
answer a multi-line phone system, perform administrative tasks such as maintaining reception area, conference rooms, distribute mail, and opening and closing office. greet and respond to clients, walk-ins, internet inquiries and agents in a prompt and professional manner. enter and edit MLS listings, data entry into company database
  • accuracy a must.
maintain office directories, supplies, and marketing material inventories. generate client correspondence. assist marketing director with producing listing flyers, ads, social media posts, and email newsletter. other office duties as needed.
