Front Desk/ Assistant Manager MedLoft Spa + Bio Wellness Position Overview MedLoft Spa is seeking a polished, energetic, and highly organized Front Desk Assistant Manager to help lead daily operations while delivering a luxury client experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in sales, hospitality, wellness, and team leadership. You will be the face of the brand—welcoming clients, driving bookings, supporting staff, maintaining standards, and helping the spa hit monthly goals. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience Greet every guest warmly and professionally Ensure a luxury, clean, elevated front desk atmosphere Check clients in/out smoothly Answer phones, texts, DMs, and booking inquiries promptly Build strong client relationships and encourage rebooking Sales & Revenue Growth Convert incoming leads into booked consultations Promote memberships, packages, wellness services, and retail products Follow up with warm leads and past clients Help drive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals Upsell services when appropriate Leadership & Operations Assist ownership/management with daily spa operations Help coach front desk team and maintain accountability Ensure schedules are optimized and organized Monitor no-shows, cancellations, confirmations, and client forms Keep Boulevard/CRM systems updated accurately Handle minor client concerns professionally Spa Standards Maintain immaculate front desk, lobby, and restroom presentation Ensure branding, music, scents, and environment reflect MedLoft luxury standards Support team morale, punctuality, and professionalism Help maintain a positive, high-performance culture Qualifications Previous front desk, hospitality, medspa, salon, or luxury service experience preferred Strong sales confidence and communication skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Professional appearance and polished presence Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Leadership mindset with positive attitude Experience with booking systems/CRM preferred Compensation Competitive hourly pay Performance bonuses / commissions available Complimentary or discounted services Growth opportunity within expanding brand Ideal Candidate Someone who is: polished confident sales-minded warm with clients highly reliable loves wellness / beauty / luxury environments wants to grow with a strong brand To Apply Send resume and brief introduction explaining why you'd be a great fit for MedLoft Spa.
