We're looking for a Front Desk Associate who brings positive energy, professionalism, and a passion for exceptional service.

Position Summary:

As the first and last point of contact for our guests, your role is key in creating a seamless and memorable experience. You'll be managing appointments, guiding guests through their visits, and supporting both our clients and our service providers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly with a confident, upbeat attitude Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and follow up on appointment confirmations Manage bookings through Mangomint (training provided), including check-ins and check-outs Educate guests on memberships, referral programs, promotions, and aftercare routines Confidently recommend retail products and services using scripts and training Maintain an organized, clean front desk area and help ensure smooth spa operations Assist service providers with treatment rooms to ensure smooth spa operations Assist with opening/closing procedures, restocking inventory, and administrative tasks Help with occasional content creation and special events (optional but a plus)

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills 1+ year of retail or service-based sales experience preferred Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using technology and learning new systems Preferred, but not required to be bilingual in English/Spanish Reliable, punctual, and team-focused Must follow spa dress code and maintain a polished, professional appearance Why Join Peaches + Co?
