Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. This Part Time contract position requires someone who can thrive in a dynamic environment, handling varying work hours and seasonal demands. Shift Schedule:
PART TIME
(10 - 15 hours a week) (will need to have open availability 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Saturday as needed)
Responsibilities:
  • Manage front-desk operations, including greeting visitors and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment.
  • Handle scanning, filing, and organizing documents to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, providing clear and helpful information to clients and staff.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, scheduling, and correspondence management.
  • Support the team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the test center.
  • Monitor and manage appointment schedules to accommodate client needs effectively.
  • Address and resolve any minor issues or escalate concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Provide assistance to candidates and clients as needed to enhance their experience. Requirements
  • Previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in handling scanning equipment and managing digital files.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for client and team interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with basic office software and tools, including email and scheduling systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and managing records.
  • Flexibility to work fluctuating hours, including occasional weekends, as needed.
  • Detail-oriented approach and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
