Front Desk Receptionist

Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading to ensure accuracy Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace to prepare reports and documents Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies inventory Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when necessary Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously Support administrative functions like proofing documents, managing data entry tasks, and supporting personal assistant responsibilities Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred; dental or medical receptionist experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally and courteously Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks is advantageous Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy; proofreading skills are beneficial Experience in bookkeeping or data entry enhances your suitability for this role Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist where your enthusiasm for organization and service excellence will make a real difference!
