Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our animal care team. In this role, responsibilites include check-in our animal patients, update their records and owner information, schedule appointments, process payments, and educate pet parents on food, prevention, other items available in our clinic. You may also be asked to help prepare prescriptions or provide home-care instructions to pet owners. Candidates pursuing a career in veterinary medicine or love working with animals are eagerly encouraged to apply. Excellent customer service and computer skills are required. Veterinary clinic experience is required for this position. Duties and Responsibilities Check-in animal patients Answer multiple phone lines/ return client phone calls Gather and certify pet and owner information Maintain records Schedule appointments Process payments Educate pet parents Prepare prescriptions and explain instructions Perform other administrative tasks as needed Bilingual is a plus
