Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is hiring Front Desk Receptionists for our Weston/Davie and Sunrise-Sawgrass locations. This is a sales-focused front desk role , not a receptionist-only position. You will help create a great guest experience, schedule appointments, sell memberships, and help keep the spa fully booked. Candidates may be considered for either location based on proximity, availability, and business needs. Compensation and Benefits $15
  • 16 per hour base pay $30 commission for every membership sold Monthly performance bonuses Team contests and incentives Complimentary massage or facial each month Employee discounts on spa services and retail products Paid training and ongoing coaching Growth opportunities into leadership and management roles Professional and supportive team environment What You'll Do Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service Answer phones and schedule massage and facial appointments Check guests in and out accurately Explain membership benefits and confidently ask for the sale Sell spa memberships and meet individual sales goals Recommend services, enhancements, and retail products Call and text guests to book appointments Confirm appointments and quickly fill cancellations Encourage guests to prebook their next visit Follow up with prospective members and past guests Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk Support massage therapists and estheticians during busy shifts What Success Looks Like Meeting membership sales and conversion goals Booking appointments and helping keep the schedule full Encouraging prebooking, upgrades, and retail sales Providing an excellent guest experience Maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality Working well with the front desk and service provider teams Schedule Requirements Our busiest times are evenings and weekends.
Applicants must be available to work: Evenings Weekends Some holidays as needed Schedules are based on the needs of the spa. Reliable transportation, dependable attendance, and punctuality are required. Qualifications Customer service, front desk, reception, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred Comfortable recommending services and asking for the sale Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment Comfortable using computers, appointment software, and point-of-sale systems Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts Spa, fitness, hotel, medical office, retail, or wellness experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Growth Opportunities Top performers may advance into: Lead Spa Associate Assistant Spa Manager Spa Manager Join a growing, multi-location Hand & Stone team where strong performance is recognized and rewarded.
