In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive support across outpatient and inpatient settings, including specialty clinics such as internal medicine, and emergency medicine. Must have experenice with Referrals and Prior Auths. Duties Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories. Manage medical documentation with precision, including ICD coding for diagnoses and procedures to ensure accurate billing and recordkeeping. Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, explaining procedures clearly, and ensuring comfort throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas while adhering to safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Medical Setting in outpatient clinics. Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding, and medication administration techniques. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings such as urgent care or medical office. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse patient populations across outpatient care environments. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and procedures while maintaining high standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
