Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and manage all front desk interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and handle appointment modifications efficiently Collect payments, process medical collections accurately, and maintain detailed financial records Answer phone inquiries promptly, providing information about services and guiding pet owners through the check-in process Maintain organized patient records, update medical histories, and assist with laboratory documentation when needed Support kennel operations by coordinating animal drop-offs and pick-ups, ensuring proper animal husbandry practices are followed Skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive client interactions confidently Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, and aseptic techniques Familiarity with veterinary critical care procedures and laboratory experience is a plus A positive attitude and team oriented mindset Join us to make a positive impact on pets' lives while working in a lively environment that values your energy, expertise, and dedication.
