Summary As a Front Desk Receptionist at New Day Therapy Center, you will be the first point of contact for families and visitors. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks that support our mission of helping children reach their full potential. Responsibilities Greet and assist families and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage phone calls and inquiries, providing information about our services. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for therapists. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization. Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall experience for families. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Familiarity with office management procedures is preferred. A compassionate approach towards children and families is essential.
