Front Desk Receptionist

Life Guard Imaging is currently seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong customer service skills, and can provide a welcoming experience for every patient and visitor. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients in and out Verify and update patient information Collect payments and maintain accurate records Respond to emails and office inquiries Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Assist with general administrative and office tasks Qualifications Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a busy office setting Basic computer knowledge and phone etiquette Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Schedule Tuesday through Saturday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM 40 hours per week Benefits Competitive hourly pay Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company
