As the first point of contact for our clients, the Receptionist plays a vital role in shaping the client experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy law firm. Benefits & Perks:
Hourly Pay:
$16
  • $20.
Paid Time Off:
1 week vacation after 6 months. 2 weeks vacation after 1 year. 3 weeks vacation after 2 years. 6 personal/sick days per year. 6 federal holidays off.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Answer and route a high volume of incoming calls to the appropriate team members (case managers, attorneys, or management). Handle incoming mail, including medical records and legal correspondence. Draft and prepare outgoing mail and client communications. Maintain front office organization and appearance. Support administrative staff with light clerical tasks as needed. Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. Minimum 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Strong phone etiquette and a friendly, confident voice. Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently. Professional appearance and demeanor. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Stable work history and professional references. Must pass a pre-employment screening.
