Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone systems, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Support office operations by managing supplies and maintaining a clean front desk area. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency. Experience Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with office software, including Google Workspace for document management and communication. Experience in personal assistant duties is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
