The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with assistance as needed. Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members effectively. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents for accuracy. Utilize office management skills to support daily operations and improve workflow efficiency. Operate office equipment including phone systems and computers proficiently. Assist with any additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in Google Suite and other office software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading abilities. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential.
