We are seeking a polished, organized, and client-focused Client Coordinator to serve as the first and last impression of our brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced beauty environment, loves creating exceptional client experiences, and enjoys contributing to social media and brand presence. Position Overview The Client Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience from arrival to departure while supporting the daily operations of the studio. This role combines front desk responsibilities, administrative support, and light social media content creation to help maintain the elevated experience Blyss Beauty is known for. ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Front Desk Welcome and check in clients with warmth and professionalism Check out clients, process payments, and rebook future appointments Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and booking inquiries Maintain appointment schedules and assist with booking management Ensure client intake forms and records are completed and up to date Offer beverages and create a welcoming luxury experience for every guest Operations & Studio Support Support daily studio operations to ensure smooth workflow Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception, retail, and common areas Restock retail displays, supplies, beverages, and client amenities Assist with inventory management and product organization Support team members with administrative and operational needs Help prepare the studio for daily opening and closing procedures Social Media & Content Support Capture behind-the-scenes content throughout the workday Post Instagram Stories showcasing treatments, products, promotions, and studio life Assist with creating engaging content that reflects the Blyss Beauty brand aesthetic Take photos and videos of treatments, retail displays, and studio updates Help maintain a consistent social media presence during business hours Support marketing initiatives and special promotions as needed Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, luxury retail, spa, salon, or medical aesthetics preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable learning booking software and point-of-sale systems Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Passion for beauty, wellness, skincare, and luxury client experiences What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, polished, and highly professional Naturally hospitable and service-oriented Detail-focused and proactive Tech-savvy and comfortable with social media Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Passionate about creating memorable client experiences Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Retail and performance incentives available Employee discounts on products Complimentary services at Blyss Beauty Growth opportunities within a luxury beauty brand Supportive and positive team culture If you love beauty, hospitality, social media, and creating exceptional client experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
